Developing your own balance of smart eating, attitude, and activity is the key to successful weight loss and management.
Individualized nutrition counseling sessions work well for the person who wants a one-on-one approach to weight loss. During your initial meeting, the dietitian will get a better understanding of your current eating habits, food choices, and lifestyle habits that influence your eating and cooking choices. The two of you will then develop nutritional goals and establish a plan for weight loss.

Following sessions will focus on identifying what part of the plan is working and any stuck points that are impeding progress. Changes and enhancements will be made to help you continue on your plan. Depending upon your needs, the dietitian will also provide you with information regarding shopping, eating out, recipe make over, family food preparation ideas, etc. The dietitian will also chart your progress along with you.

The initial appointment will last about one hour. Follow up appointments last 20 minutes. Appointments are available during the day as well as in the evening.

If you see yourself wanting to make changes in your eating habits, and are looking for a personalized approach to weight loss, then take the next step and call us at 513-686-6820 for more information. We look forward to accompanying you on your journey of weight loss and establishing a healthy way of eating.
